These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the customer portal service (hereinafter "Service") provided by WiseLab (hereinafter "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and Members.
Article 1 (Service Description)
The "Company" provides "Members" with services including test request submission, real-time test progress tracking, and test report viewing.
Article 2 (Member Obligations)
"Members" must provide accurate information and must not use another person's information. The responsibility for managing account information lies with the "Member."
Article 3 (Service Changes and Suspension)
The "Company" may change or suspend the service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice.
